Martin Lenz


When Martin was appointed as CEO by Jobiqo founder Klaus Furtmüller in 2017, he could already look back on a successful past with our company. He has been working with Jobiqo since 2007 and wrote his diploma thesis on a joint recruiting project at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria). 

After completing his master's degree in Computer Science, Martin joined the international management consultancy Accenture in 2008 as an analyst, where he worked in international projects for nine years. Martin was promoted to Consultant and finally to Senior Manager. During this time, he specialized in healthcare and public administration clients, advising them, among other things, on the development of new products and services as digitalization progressed. He supported clients in Austria, Switzerland and Germany - including the German Federal Employment Agency - in the implementation of digital transformation projects. In 2015 Martin also studied Entrepreneurship, Tech Innovation, Marketing and Leadership at Baruch College in New York.

For Jobiqo, Martin designs innovative recruiting solutions and digital revenue models for online platforms, which he presents at recruiting fairs and conferences around the world and expands our international client base. 

In particular, Jobiqo gives our clients from the publishing industry the chance to transfer their classic job market as a former „cash cow” into the 21st century. This expertise meets a big demand in the digital business scene, which is why Martin was also appointed to the Management Board of Österreichische Computer-Gesellschaft (OCG) and TAtech Europe.

Besides all of this, Martin can be met at the lakes, in the mountains and forests of Austria. The team is always happy to hear Martin's stories from nature – e.g. about chestnuts he collected by the kilo.
