Alex Fourlis Joins Jobiqo’s Advisory Board

Job boards are under growing pressure to prove their value across the whole hiring funnel: how jobs are distributed and advertised, how candidates are matched, and how results flow back into employers’ own systems. Jobiqo’s mission is to help job boards move beyond basic job posting towards measurable recruiting outcomes. To bring even more depth to this part of its strategy, Jobiqo is welcoming Alex Fourlis to its Advisory Board.

Alex brings more than 20 years of experience in online job boards and recruitment advertising technology. He is the former Senior Vice President at Veritone and former General Manager of Veritone Hire, which brought together Broadbean and PandoLogic, two of the best-known names in job distribution and programmatic job advertising. Before that, he was President and Managing Director of Broadbean, and earlier Managing Director UK at CareerBuilder.

“Job boards sit at the heart of the recruitment ecosystem, but the ones that will win are those that connect reach, matching and data into measurable hiring results. Jobiqo is building exactly that combination. I’m looking forward to helping the team shape how job boards compete over the next few years.”
Alex Fourlis

With his appointment, Alex joins Jobiqo’s Advisory Board alongside Lou Goodman (formerly Monster), Bernhard Deussner (formerly Indeed), who joined the board earlier this year, and Dennis Van Allemeersch (formerly Aimwel). Together, they will support Jobiqo’s strategic direction as the company continues to scale its job board software, Jobiqo AIR performance marketing solution, and AI-powered Search & Match capabilities.

“Alex has seen the recruitment advertising market from almost every angle: job boards, job distribution, programmatic advertising and the ATS ecosystem. That end-to-end view is rare, and it is exactly what our clients need as they move from selling job postings to delivering qualified applications. His experience connecting job boards with employers, agencies and ATS platforms will be invaluable."
Martin Lenz, CEO of Jobiqo

This appointment comes as recruitment technology becomes ever more connected. Employers expect job advertising that plugs straight into their ATS and HR systems, budgets that follow performance, and reporting that links advertising spend all the way through to the hire. For job boards, that means becoming part of a wider distribution and data ecosystem rather than a standalone destination.

Jobiqo’s strategy is to help job boards respond to this shift with a more complete operating model: white-label job board software, programmatic distribution through Jobiqo AIR, AI-powered Search & Match, and the tools needed to optimise for qualified applications rather than volume alone.

Alex spent years at the centre of that ecosystem. In his former roles at Broadbean and Veritone Hire, he worked with major recruitment businesses, employers and job boards around the world to automate job distribution, improve recruitment advertising performance and deliver intelligent recruitment data. He has also been named one of TAtech’s top 100 most influential talent acquisition thought leaders. His perspective will support Jobiqo as it deepens its integrations and partnerships and continues evolving from a software provider into a broader ecosystem partner for job boards and talent marketplaces.
